Requirements:
- Mempunyai pengetahuan yang network yang baik
- Mempunyai pengalaman networking
- Mempunyai sertifikat CCNA, atau minimal CCNAP
- Mempunyai sertifikat BCCPA
- Lebih disukai mempunyai sertifikasi BCCPP
- Mempunyai pengalaman mengoperasikan BlueCoat Proxy SG minimal satu tahun
- Mempunyai kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik
